RACE RESULTS -6th ANNUAL THANKSGIVING THROWDOWN
FRIDAY NOVEMBER 23 2018
TOM THORP TRANSPORTS SUPER PRO (BOX): Tony Farmer took the win in Super, getting around John Stepan in the final. Normally we'd put some numbers here, but this final round was more than any set of numbers. On November 15, the racing community lost Jimmy Farmer, a loved friend and long time racer. Tony is Jimmy's son so you can see just how much this win means to their family and friends. Jimmy is in that picture somewhere, we just can't see him.
November 23, 2018 - Tony and Jimmy Farmer - Super Pro winners. God Speed Jimmy Farmer
13 SINS RACERAFT NO-BOX: Kris Pope put the 13 Sins Racecraft banner in the winners circle on Friday. Final pass was 6.08 on a 6.12 dial with a .006 light. Jeff Hefler had to settle for runner up thanks to a -.0015 red light.
MAX'S AUTOMOTIVE JR DRAGSTER: Jace Head took the win in Jr with a dead on 7.961 and a decent .069 light. Turns out that was the first part of a double up weekend for Jace. Aubrey Brookings was our runner up, posting a 7.95 over her 7.94 dial with a .134 reaction time.
TOM THORP TRANSPORTS SUPER PRO 32 CAR SHOOTOUT: Justin Bromley grabed the Super Shootout win with a killer .004 light and finished 4.72 over his 4.71 dial. Michael Hamilton was close with a 4.861 on his 4.85 dial but his .054 light wasn't going to do much good against a .004 at the finish line.
13 SINS RACERAFT NO-BOX 32 CAR SHOOTOUT: Bill SImpkins got past Jeremy Falkembach to win the No Box Shootout. Bill was .009 on the tree and clocked 6.28 over a 6.27 dial. Jeremy had a .043 light and ran one under, 6.740 to a 6.75 dial.

-SPECIAL THANKS -
To HALLEE PESCH for taking the Winners Circle pictures on Friday!

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 24, 2018
TOM THORP TRANSPORTS SUPER PRO (BOX): Chad Broom and Chase Huffman took it right down to the stripe, where a break out by Chase handed the win to Chad. Chad ran dead on 4.865 with a .019 light for the win. Chase had the tree with a great .003 light but ran .0034 under his 6.96 dial.
13 SINS RACERAFT NO-BOX: Mad Max McGlothin claimed the big check with a .027 light and a dead on 6.682. Ian Dunaway was just a hair slow at 6.15 over a 6.14 dial, and a bit behind on the tree with a .047 light.
MAX'S AUTOMOTIVE JR DRAGSTER: Jace Head scored his second win of the weekend, getting around Coleton Gossett on the last Jr lap. We'd just like to point out here that after a weekend of dead on this and that with .00 lights that the only weekend final where both drivers ran dead on the dial was this final in Jr Dragster. Jace clocked 7.967 with a .026 light for the win. Coleton was closer on the ET with a 8.016 but his .064 light gave Jace room to take the finish line first.
